We’re thrilled to bring you Australia’s premium music & food festival. However, we’re not your average festival. Think fine dining experiences from Australia's top chefs, cellar doors and kicking back in your very own private suite whilst enjoying a host of the world’s leading artists plus a plethora of Australia’s most loved acts.

Harvest Rock is spread across Murlawirrapurka & Ityamai-Itpina / Rymill (Park 14) & King Rodney Park (Park 15) in the heart of Adelaide’s luscious parklands.

Take advantage of Adelaide’s many transport options. Whether it be bus or train, taxi or E-scooter, there are plenty of options for getting to Harvest Rock.

Murlawirrapurka & Ityamai-Ipina / Rymill & King Rodney Parks (Parks 14 & 15) of Adelaide city parklands can be easily accessed by car, bus, train & light rail. The following transport lines have routes that pass near the festival site:

If you're coming from Adelaide Airport, the festival site is located 9km east of Adelaide Airport (by car).

Harvest Rock will take place on Saturday 28 & Sunday 29 October 2023. See our INFO page for festival operating times.

The banned items are in place to provide general safety and patron comfort.

  • Illegal drugs and drug paraphernalia

  • Alcohol brought in from outside of the event

  • Open / unsealed or partly full bottles of water, juice, soft drink etc. (empty / sealed / unopened bottles are fine to bring in)

  • Sealable pouches* (yoghurt, baby food pouches)
    (*exceptions for families with children under 12 years of age)

  • Glass of any kind

  • Weapons of any kind inc knives

  • Fireworks, flares, fire twirling paraphernalia (sticks, balls etc)

  • Laser lights

  • Milk / bread crates

  • Video and audio recording devices, including Go Pros (other than mobile phones)

  • Professional still cameras (small still cameras ARE allowed)

  • Drones

  • Protest paraphernalia and banners

  • Skateboards

  • Scooters, bikes including e-scooters or e-bikes or any motorised vehicles

  • Culturally sensitive items and attire

  • Clothing, jewellery or accessory displaying the name of any motorcycle-related or similar organisations or any "declared organisation" within the meaning of the Crimes (Criminal Organisation Control) Act 2009 is not permitted

  • Strictly no animals (with the exception of service or assistance animals)

  • Any other items considered illegal, offensive or potentially dangerous

Harvest Rock II is all ages and family friendly. If you’ve got little rockers in tow, check out our LITTLE HARVEST area to keep the little ones entertained.

Make sure you’re familiar with our YOUTH POLICY prior to attending the Event.

Harvest Rock II will be a cashless event – the only way to purchase food and drinks is with your debit, credit or prepaid credit card via contactless and mobile payments. Any card with a chip or payWave symbol will be accepted at the terminals or you can make payments via your smart phone.

Cashless payments through mobiles devices and payWave make your festival experience smoother. It’s safer for patrons and easier for us to serve you quicker. It’ll speed up service at every outlet meaning you can spend more time enjoying the event.

No, all Harvest Rock artists are lovingly handpicked by the event producers.

Yes! As long as you keep your wristband on at all times, you are permitted to leave and re-enter the Event.

NO! Please keep your wristband on at all times. Each ticket is only allocated 1x wristband. If you take it off, it will not be replaced.

If you have lost or found something, please head to the Info Booth located near the main Event entrance. Once the event has finished, if you have lost something please email us at [email protected] and we'll do our best to reunite you with your lost item!

There is a maximum of 6 tickets per transaction.

All tickets for Harvest Rock 2023 are Mobile Tickets. Tickets will not be emailed or available for print.

Sign into your Ticketmaster account on your mobile device here, head to My Account and select Upcoming Events, click on the Harvest Rock event to view your Mobile Tickets in your account.

From there you can transfer the Mobile Tickets to other attendees, add the Mobile Tickets to your smartphone wallet, or display the barcodes from your account on your mobile device at the Festival entry to scan in (screenshots of the barcodes will not work).

As per our Youth Policy, children aged 12 and under can attend the event free. Those aged 13yo and older are required to purchase a ticket.

Please choose carefully. There are no refunds on tickets except as required by law and/or specified by the Live Performance Australia Ticketing Code of Practice. Incorrect purchases do not qualify for a refund.

At the time of purchase, you may upgrade your ticket to a Secure Ticket to be eligible to receive a refund if you are unable to attend this event for any of the reasons in the Secure Ticket Terms and Conditions. Example instances include:

  • Illness or injury happening to you, or a member of your immediate family

  • Mechanical breakdown, accident, fire or theft en route of a private vehicle taking you to the booked event

  • Adverse weather conditions including snow, frost, fog or storm where the Police or Government have issued travel warnings

By selecting this option, you agree that the Secure Ticket Terms and Conditions will apply in addition to the Ticketmaster Purchase Policy and any event specific terms. More information here

Accessibility

Holders of a National or State issued Companion Card may request a Companion Ticket equivalent to the ticket type held by the person with a disability. Upon approval of request, Harvest Rock will issue companions a Complimentary Ticket to the event to accompany a person with disability. 

To request a Companion Card Ticket, please email the customer service team at [email protected] and include the following details: 

  • A copy of your valid Harvest Rock ticket. Your name, mobile number and D.O.B.

  • Name, email, mobile number and D.O,B for Companion Card holder requesting a Companion Card Ticket.

  • A scanned copy of the valid Companion Card being used.

The Complimentary Companion Ticket will be issued via email direct to the carer, the week of the Event.

Murlawirrapurka & Ityamai-Itpina / Rymill (Park 14) & King Rodney Park (Park 15) consist of predominately grass parklands, with both sealed and unsealed pathways. Bartels Road, running between the two parks, will be covered with artificial grass where Truck Town & Cellar Door are located.

We are expecting dry weather at this year's event, so unsealed pathways may cause dust. In the case of wet weather, Harvest Rock will update on any amendments to pathways and site conditions via social media.

Throughout the City of Adelaide, accessible parking spaces (known as blue bays) are sign-posted or have the accessibility symbol painted on the road surface or signs covering the space.

Yes! Both main stages (the Harvest Stage and the Vines Stage) will have dedicated accessible viewing platforms. You can see the location of these on our site map.

The distance from the Main Entrance to each stage is approximately 140 metres to the Vines Stage and 440 metres to the Harvest Stage.

Both main toilet pods at Harvest Rock will include disabled toilets. These pods are located approximately 90 - 120 metres away from the stage viewing decks.

All ticket types at Harvest Rock are accessibility friendly! GA & VIP are open area spaces, and The Suites, Harvest Lounge, and Platinum include structures with ramp access.
