When Harvest Rock first took over Rymill & King Rodney Parks / Murlawirrapurka & Ityamai-Itpina in 2022, it was an immediate game changer. 

Two days of the best in Australian and international artists, paired with incredible food and peerless local wine and spirits, all conveniently in the Adelaide CBD. 

It was a festival that welcomed young and old, kids and parents, for a magical weekend that didn’t demand a half-day’s drive. 

In 2022 and 2023 Harvest Rock brought incredible artists to our city – Jack White, Beck, Jamiroquai, Crowded House, Hot Chip, Bright Eyes, Paul Kelly, and so many more. 

In 2024 we were told the festival was taking a year off with the promise to return bigger and better in 2025.

And Harvest Rock 2025 has more than delivered on that promise.

It’s no surprise that the first day sold out in a heartbeat, with an exclusive Australian show for New York’s finest, The Strokes, joined by The War of Drugs (also exclusive to Harvest), and M.I.A., alongside Australian legends Vance Joy, and Wolfmother (performing their entire debut album), and next-gen favourites such as Lime Cordiale, The Jungle Giants, and Teenage Joans giving a welcome hometown set.

And Sunday brings rising country hip-hop star Jelly Roll, club stars Groove Armada (DJ set), Ministry of Sound given the classical treatment, and rising Sydney stars Royal Otis, and as well as true Australian dancefloor royalty in the form of Pnau and Sneaky Sound System.

And that’s just scratching the surface of this year’s lineup – but then factor in the incredible local food and drink, the Little Harvest kids’ area, the new Amuse-Bouche stage with comedians, chefs, and podcasters. 

So, whether you’re a local celebrating the start of the South Australia festival season, or a visitor coming to see what Adelaide is all about: welcome. You’re in for a wild weekend.
